✔️ Install 2x12 ledger board with 1/2” x 7” bolts spaced 2’ apart to secure deck to the house
✔️ Construct a 22'9.5" W x 16' D deck frame with 2x12 double beams and 2x12 joists on 16” centers
✔️ Secure joists with joist hangers for added stability
✔️ Excavate six 20” x 20” footings with gravel base, reinforced with rebar, and pour concrete
✔️ Anchor deck with (6) 4x4 metal plates and anchor bolts
