🔧 Scope of Work by Elevation:
✨ Front Elevation:
Removed old shutters, siding, windows, gutters, and downspouts

Replaced rotted soffit wood

Installed new vinyl windows and window tape

Wrapped house in moisture-protective barrier

Installed metal trim and flashing throughout (windows, corners, soffits)

Installed Diamond Kote siding for lasting protection and curb appeal

🔧 Right Elevation:
Same detailed work as the front, including full window replacement, soffit repairs, house wrap, custom trim work, and Diamond Kote siding install

🛠️ Back Elevation:
Removed upper deck handrails to access and install Hardie Board siding

Replaced gutters, windows, shutters, and soffits

Installed 10 custom 4x4 posts with anchor bolts, wood handrails, and trim

Installed custom metal-framed window screens

Framed new 2x4 wall on garage, added insulation, ½" plywood sheathing, and new house wall

Installed new exterior door and vinyl window

🔨 Left Elevation:
Same scope as other sides: demo of existing elements, soffit repair, full siding and window install

Framed 2x4 garage wall, added insulation and overhead insulated 12'x7' doors
