Install tarps around the house to catch debris and protect the property
✅ Roof Removal & Inspection

Remove one layer of dimensional shingles, including felt paper and nails
Clean and perform a full decking inspection
✅ Roof Installation

Install GAF Storm Guard on valleys, roof penetrations, and chimneys
Install Felt Buster Synthetic Underlayment on the entire roof
Install drip edge metal & GAF Starter Strip around eaves and rakes
Install GAF HDZ Dimensional Shingle (Color: Weathered Wood)
Remove and replace wall flashing and cap flashing around the chimney
Remove and replace the chimney cap
Seal all valleys and install new bullet boots
Install GAF Ridge Vent & GAF Seal-a-Ridge
✅ Cleanup & Warranty

Clean up and dispose of all debris
Warranty: This price includes GAF Golden Pledge Warranty – 25 years on labor and 50 years against manufacturer defects on shingles
